attendee Information

Tickets are sold out

Ticket Price: Event Registration: $65, Member Discount Event Registration: $60. Your ticket covers two meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and a small selection of coins to augment your trading or gaming experience. Mead and ale served at the feast will be donated by your hosts.

Refund Policy: The only good reservation is a paid reservation. Given the complexities of planning the event, we are not offering refunds if you purchase a ticket and cannot attend. You may transfer your registration.

Age Restrictions: We are clarifying with the site what their policy is for events with alcohol and individuals under the age of 21. The policy will be published prior to ticket sales beginning. If you have input, please contact cynehild@westkingdom.org.

Early Sales, Royalty Holds, and Other Special Circumstances: Individuals who have otherwise been actively involved in planning and preparing for the event (participating in monthly check-ins, making items for the event, teaching multiple classes, etc.) will get access to ticket sales one week prior to general ticket sales (no more than two tickets per person). Want in on this? Join the planning group on Facebook and become an active participant! There will be no other holds or early ticket access.

Kitchen and Hall worker tickets: Individuals who sign up to work at the event as either hall staff or kitchen staff will receive a discounted admission ($35 with a further $5 discount available to paid SCA members) as thanks for their hard work. There will be no more than ten of these tickets available and they will go on sale on the same schedule as general admission tickets. Please be aware that individuals who sign up for these tickets will be expected to work on the day of the event. This work includes setting up and taking apart the tables, setting the tables for the feast, serving food, washing dishes, helping set up the hall before the event, and helping to clean up the hall after. Individuals who sign up for these tickets will receive the same food and coins as other attendees.

Tableware: We are working on having basic eating kits available for purchase. These would likely include a cup, spoon, plate, and bowl. If you are interested in helping with this, please let the event team know. You are also welcome to bring your own eating kits, information on what is most appropriate is forthcoming!
