Hello there, kiddos. I'm Wooly Pierre, and I'm thrilled to be teaching mathematics at Westerly Middle School! 

I am happily married and enjoy cooking, reading, photography, comics (both DC and Marvel) and love learning new things. Blue is my favorite color, and I am definitely a morning person. I was born and raised in Massachusetts have lived up and down the east coast and I've spent over a decade teaching middle school math in the North and Southeast. I'm looking forward to teaching the kiddos about mathematics and getting to know everyone at Westerly.

Hello students! I am very excited to be here at Westerly and be a part of your middle school math journey. 

I was born in Cambodia and raised in Long Beach.  I received my degree in Math Education from CSULB and have worked as a teacher for fifteen years.  I work, play, and live in Long Beach; with my husband of twenty-eight years and two youngest daughters. I also have two older daughters, two son-in-laws, and a sweet cuddly dog name Kopi.  I enjoy photography, reading, origami, road trips, and rooting for my favorite sports teams; the Dodgers and the LA Kings.  I feel very blessed to be a part of the Westerly community and I am looking forward to a great year with you.
