How we behave and the choices we make will impact how doors will open or close in our lives. We need to make sure we are able to "read the room" and act accordingly. HoS 4.1 will focus on being able to do just that-- learn and follow professional norms.
Imagine...
You are a boss of a company. Large and in charge-- responsible for bringing in the money💰! However, you have an employee who:
stops showing up to work on time
takes days off at a time
does not dress or smell well
is always on their phone not doing work you pay them to do
cusses at your customers
loses work

How do you find out what is/isn't professional at a particular work place?
How can fostering good habits at school help in your future?
What does our school expect of you in terms of professionalism? Is this clear? If not, what could we do as a mentoring group to make it clear as a school for all?
