Lesson 4: 100 words

Learning Objective: To work co-operatively to generate an idea for a new product

Resources: 100 word sheet, A4 Paper and pens

Activity instructions:

Ask students to select a word from the 100 words sheet. Each of these students must select a word from a different column. Put the 3 words on the whiteboard.

Students must now come up with a new product idea in their group by combining the 3 words.

Students will need to:

 draw a picture of their product

 use the target column to decide on their target market

 explain how it works and the benefits to the customer

 present their idea to the class
