Market Day is an authentic learning experience for students which enables them to work in groups to design, produce and sell a product of their choice at a one-off market event.
Students will learn to be innovative, how to add value to a product and how to plan and run a business enterprise.
In small groups, students will plan, run and evaluate a short-term business enterprise. They will design and produce a product of their choice to sell at Market Day.
