Swiming

Back in Korea, I used to take swimming lessons, but since moving to Thailand, I only swim for fun. I usually go swimming at least once a week at my home's pool. Swimming, in my opinion, is excellent cardiovascular activity and exercises our muscles. Since I was young, I've enjoyed swimming, and it's one of my go-to stress-relieving activities. I can let go of my anxiety and just concentrate on swimming. My friends frequently come over to my home to swim. Knowing how to swim, is an essential life saving skill.

Alpin Coasters

I returned to Korea in the winter to see my other family members and friends. We chose to participate in a variety of activities, and my best was riding the mountain's alpine coasters. I had a great time with my friends, and when we got there, we could walk through the forest. Although a little frightening, it was a lot of joy to do.
