During the lockdowns and online school, I became very interested in baking bread. I started off baking plain bread before I found out about sourdough bread. Though it was very difficult to score and cut the sourdough bread to the design i wanted at first, I was able to figure out how to do it properly without it over-expanding when put into the oven a few tries later. Baking bread also required a lot of planning for me because I needed to plan out the layout of the scoring as well as find time for it. Currently, the day that I usually plan my bread baking on is on a Tuesday since there is usually lesser work to be done on Wednesdays.
