After attending this conference, I definitely found my area of weakness: talking (unfortunately). However, it was a decent experience because although I did not enjoy it, it taught me a very valuable lesson which was to not do things like this again.

This was supposed to be Abraham from the Bible, I believe. However, it's open for interpretation. On some days, he is Santa Claus, on other days he is a random man in the 1700s.

Oil painting has become one of my favourite past times over the year. This, along with pasta making, was the only two hobbies that I really enjoyed and stuck to throughout the year. Despite the fact that I like oil painting, I did get mad a lot while painting. I would tell you all about the undone paintings I have but at this point, it's just sad.
Pasta making was undeniably enjoyable for me. However, it can be hard to make food that looks good and taste good at this same time. This was the main challenge for me at first. Making pasta also requires a lot of planning.

During the ServICE Conference, Risa and I held an ASL workshop that taught students from other international schools some basic sign language. The workshop required us to do a lot of planning prior and it also, in a way, pushed us out of our comfort zones. As a person who's not the best at explaining things to other people, this experience certainly showed which which areas I need to develop.
