As a golfer for 6 years, I have faced several challenges and fun moments. Ever since my family moved to Thailand, I was able to gain more experiences and spend more time with my father. Honestly, I did not take golf competitively when I was younger. I am grateful to have a family who supports me with my interests and others. Besides that, golf allows me to make new friendships and meet people. I enjoy walking on the golf course as it is very quiet and I can plan my next strategy. Although I have my bad days, it teaches me that a rocky road will help me to improve as an athlete as well as an individual.

I have always wanted to go to the gym but I felt anxious as there might be people in the gym. I wanted to overcome that anxiety so I asked one of my friends to join me as she lives in the same condominium as me! Although the workout was different than the ones we did in school, I felt that any workout will benefit me. Exercising with a friend made the time more enjoyable and give me a sense of support. Overall, I hope this gave me more confidence going to the gym alone next time.
