At the end of each semester, there will be a variety of workshops that students may attend during Wells Without Walls. I attended the canvas tote bag painting workshop with my friends. We were able to decide the different tote bags that they had and we designed our tote bags with fabric paint. I was looking forward for this workshop because I have never painted a tote bag before and there was no limitations on what I could paint. If I had to do something differently, it would be the application of paint on the tote bag because the texture of it is different compared to a canvas. After all, I enjoyed my time during the workshop as well as mingling with my friends after the exams.
Learning Outcomes:
2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process
In February 2023, I went out with my friends to crochet for the Farmers Market that was going to be held in our school in March. I was interested in learning how to crochet thus, one of my friends taught me how to do it. I would say that it was very challenging so I had to learn the basics first in order for me to get the hang of it. I made a simple bracelet that involves the basic techniques and as time went by, I challenged myself to make a heart. This taught me to be patient and be more focus while crocheting as I tend to be distracted. Moreover, I feel that I would get the hang of it if I were to practice more and be able to remember how to do a specific design. Overall, it was a challenging and fun experience at the same time.

Baking with Friends
In the month of November, two of our friends share the same birthday month. Three of us made a separate group chat about the birthday gift that we should have for them. The inspiration that I got for their birthday gift was from TikTok where you stick photos of celebrity crushes into cakes and cupcakes. Since we did not want to make frosting like what cupcakes always have, we decided to make muffins instead with the recipe that my mother uses. The challenging part of this was to surprise them as we do not have the Math class together so we had to communicate by texting and trust that it would go smoothly. Looking at their smiles made me feel that it was a success and they did not suspect anything from us. I was glad that it we

Wells Math Club: Math Competition Posters
In October, the Wells Math club announced an Online International Math Challenge hosted by Bai Mai Phli Schools (the BMP). Students from grade 1 to 12 are encouraged to sign up for this competition. To spread awareness, I decided to take the initiative to create infographics for students to participate. When coming up with the infographic's layout, I envisioned it to be colourful and easy to read as there are different grade levels in the Wells Onnut campus. Looking at the infographic that the website to the competition has, I look at a few information that are important to incorporate in the ones that I have created. From there, I have done two infographics where one has more details on registering whereas the other is more on persuasion which can be seen from the pun and the dialogue. While creating those, I had to keep in mind that I should not copy the exact layout of the original infographic but rather use it as an inspiration. However, I felt uncertain with the initial layout of it which led me to seek advices and inputs from the club leaders. Thanks to the leaders, I managed to come up with these infographics (seen as above)!

Lucky Stars Origami Ornaments Workshop
During Wells Without Walls where students are able to attend workshops, the BDFY Club hosted a Lucky Stars Ornament Workshop! Since Christmas was coming up, club members and leaders brainstorm some hands on activities that could link to festive holiday. Some thought of baking, creating letters while others thought of origamis. Thus, we came up of an idea of ornaments and lucky star origami which represents love and good luck. Firstly, we searched the materials needed from online shopping platform like Lazada and Shopee as it is convenient for us to purchase the origami strips and clear ornaments. We consulted with our club advisor about our plan and purchases which her insights and suggestions were appreciated. Although I have done lucky stars origami before, I did not remember every of the steps to create one so I cut a strip of a paper and watched a YouTube tutorial on it. On the day, I taught the students on how to make the lucky stars considering that they might not have any experience doing it. However, it was great to see students helping one another when they are unclear of how to wrap it or make the stars puff up.
