Registration Process 

If you are a family new to the district (moving from out of state, moving from in state, or coming from private school) and are interested in enrolling your child in Wellesley Middle School, there is a two step process. 

The first step is to complete these forms:

and submit to our central registrar at registrar@wellesleyps.org

Once the forms are processed, the Counseling Department Administrative Assistant will contact you to complete the second step which is to have an appointment with the school counselor to pick classes and hear more about our school.

Please note we do not host visit days for prospective students.
