Are you a Wellesley High School student interested in playing a sport at the Division I or Division II level? If so, understanding the process is important in ensuring your ability to be eligible. If you know you plan on playing a Division I or II sport in college you need to be registered with the NCAA eligibility center before you can compete for that particular school. There are different academic criteria for Division I and Division II eligibility. The links below give you some information about those academic eligibility requirements as well as timelines for student athletes being recruited at the Division I and Division II levels.
If you are interested in playing a sport at the Division III level, you do not need to register with the NCAA eligibility center.
