Please be aware that WHS is unable to provide you with a copy of your diploma. 

If you should need a copy of your transcript or recommendations, or need one sent to given institution(s), please 

1. Download and complete the Transcript Request Form .

2. Download and complete the Recommendation Request Form.

3. Download and complete the FERPA form.

The above materials should be emailed to Ms Burns (burnsl@wellesleyps.org).
