Ways To Support Tozer

Annual Family Check-In

Mark your calendars! Annual Family Check-in — our registration process for our existing families who will have children in our schools in the 2023-2024 school year — will open February 13. 


Through this process, you’ll add any new students, including Kindergarteners; verify your contact information; and complete all of the required forms needed for next year.


Annual Family Check-In can only be completed through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account, please reach out to our school office for setup support.

If you or a neighbor have a kindergartener joining us this fall, we look forward to meeting you at our upcoming Kindergarten Information Nights. We are hosting an open house-style event to share information about kindergarten at Tozer. We will also have staff available to support you in the registration process. While students are welcome to attend, the information is geared toward parents and guardians. At the open house, you will have an opportunity to sign up for a time to bring your child back in April for a get-to-know-you and tour of the school event.

NEW! The Board of Education approved a new age deadline for kindergarten, starting in fall 2023, to better align with the Universal Preschool Program, as well as other area districts. Students who are age 5 by October 1, 2023, are now eligible for kindergarten! 

Snacks For Teachers During Conferences

A huge thank you for the delicious sweet and savory snacks on Monday. They were gobbled up.

Parent Teacher Conference  

We are excited to see all of our families during conferences.


You still have access to view the conference sign-up sheet, however, if you would like to reschedule, please contact the teacher directly. Please note that while teachers are in conferences they will not be checking their emails. You can contact the office during normal business hours and we will get a message to the teacher. If you forgot to sign up and need to schedule a time, please contact the teacher directly. The office will be open for extended hours on Monday, February 6 and Monday, February 13. We will do our best to answer all calls.

Parent Teacher Conference Sign Up 2022/23

3 Days Left for the Book Fair 

Tozer’s Book Fair will be February 6th-15th! Students can shop during school hours or after school during parent/teacher conference nights with families.

EWallet

Set up an eWallet for your child. Preload funds so students can shop at the book fair without the worry of losing any money. Go to the following link to set up an eWallet account.

All for Books Donation

Every year we have students who are not able to shop at the book fair. We collect funds via the All for Books Donation to give to these students to shop the book fair. 100% of this money goes to books for Tozer students.
