Clearview Library
Please let students and families know if they find any Tozer library books this summer they can turn them into the Clearview Library and we will get them back next school year.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR BOUNDARY COMMITTEE
With the successful passage of bond measure 4B and the forthcoming new schools, we will need to adjust school boundaries in order to balance enrollment districtwide. We look to have extensive community engagement and input in this process, led by the Boundary Committee.
Applications for the Boundary Committee are open now through noon Friday, May 19.
Field Day May 16th
We are excited to have our annual field day event on Tuesday, May 16th!
Volunteers:
If you have signed up to volunteer with Mr. Meeker, please first report to the front office so we can get you checked in with our Raptor system. We will also hand you a special vest so that our students and staff know that you are volunteering.
Visitors:
If you would like to come and watch field day, we ask that you first check in at a table outside in front of the school. Please do not go into the building to get checked in.
As we understand that some families may have younger children who may also wish to attend, we urge you to make alternate arrangements for their care so that everyone can give their undivided attention to your Tozer student who will be participating in field day.
How to prepare your child for field day
We have 18 different stations for classes to visit, with both inside and outside options. You can set your child up for success for field day by:
Making sure they bring their water bottle
Have sunscreen, students will be responsible for applying it, you may want to practice
Have a healthy snack
Plenty of sleep the night before and a good breakfast
Hat to protect their face from the sun
