16. Who Should I Contact?
To support communication between home and school, we have devised communication pathways to help parents and students know who to contact with questions.
If you have questions of an academic nature:
1st Contact: the Subject Teacher
2nd Contact: Head of Subject (Department)
3rd Contact: Senior Leadership Team
If you have questions of a pastoral nature:
1st Contact: the Tutor
2nd Contact: Head of Year (Students in Years 7-9) Head of House (Students in Years 10-13)
3rd Contact: Senior Leadership Team
How to Contact:
You can find each teacher’s email on the ESF App and iSAMS parent portal in the Timetable view.
ESF App: On the dashboard, click on "Contacts". It compiled the list of SIS teachers' contacts. If you have configured the email in your mobile device, you can also email directly through the ESF App by simply clicking on the email contact.
Key School Contacts can be easily found on the top of the page.
iSAMs
Teacher contacts are also found via the iParent app. For more information about the iParent app, please see Learning Systems at SIS.
