Matayom (Secondary)

Matayom classes have fewer than 35 students.  The classrooms are dedicated English language spaces and are equipped with whiteboard, computer and internet, projector, and air-conditioning.  Teachers are encouraged to use technology to focus on four skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening.

In both Lower Matayom (M1 - M3) and Upper Matayom (M4 - M6), the National Geographic series of textbooks is used. 

These textbooks focus on "real life" topics and situational learning to help give the students a good grounding as they ultimately prepare for university entrance exams.
