Ewan G.  

Hello. My name is Ewan. I’m from Plymouth in the UK. This is my 4th year teaching M1 NP English at Dara Academy. 

I graduated with a BSc in Applied Statistics and Management Science from the University of Plymouth. Before teaching I was a senior manager in the British civil service in London. I worked in several areas including Education, Transport, International relations and Space.

In my classroom, I try to encourage my students to develop the skills and behaviours that are needed to help them achieve their future goals - whatever they may be! I expect my students to work hard and try their best - but they also get a lot of support, patience and kindness too. 

In my free time I love to travel. I also like to run and go cafe hopping.
