Always share decision making steps with your organization. Be sure to explain the rationale or “the why” when new policies are created.

Ensure that training dates and times are considerate of staff’s various needs. Ascertain that staff are available for training, advertise if training is paid or unpaid and honor the schedule that you create. Ensure training times don’t have major time conflicts.
