Learning Camera & Software Activities

You have set tasks to complete to help you with your learning. A combination of classes being taught how to complete the tasks and working independently will be used. All activities are in slideshows with written information and screencasts for how to complete the work. Work will be done in class and at home.

Checkpoints will be set so you complete the tasks on time. Non completion will mean your parents/caregivers will be contacted. Complete the activities as per the teacher instructions.

Phone photography

We will begin the year using your phone. You can download the mobile Lightroom app if you want.

Using your phone images you will begin to learn the basics of file management, how to load images onto your website and begin to use the Adobe software.

DSLR Photography

For these class activities you will need to use a DSLR camera (if you have a mirrorless you can also use this).

Cameras are available for you to use at school.

Complete for homework. A gc assignment will be set for this.

InDesign

Work independently to complete the task. Experiment using a DSLR camera if possible.

If you completed L2 photography and did this task you need to be doing the extension activities.
