Check all imagery is linked, exported at correct quality and resolution. You need to check the warning ⚠️ symbols on your InDesign file.
Incorrect settings will mean your work will be pixelated.
If you can't see the links panel in InDesign do this. Window > links ✅

If this happens for your A1 printing will need to individually print that photo and stick on. You have one chance to print A1 as it expensive.
