Day 1: Exploration Introduction
In today's lesson, Students will visit stations and complete different activities at each to learn exploration content. They will fill out a guided worksheet to keep them on track and discuss key ideas from the gallery walk in groups. After debriefing each station in whole group instruction, students will refute a statement about the Age of Exploration using information they learned from the stations to help support their claim.
Materials Needed
Students explain whether they agree or disagree with a statement about exploration based on the information they learned in this lesson.
