Annual Maintenance Fee ($550.00) due April 1, 2021
Late Fees begin accruing April 2, 2021
Membership subject to forfeiture if not paid in full by June 1, 2021
Where your dues go
Dues cover the costs of seasonal staff and expenses needed to run the pool (pool maintenance, utilities, water, snack bar supplies, etc.). The Board of Directors is an all-volunteer board which manages the balance of revenue from membership dues and social events with the increases in expense costs and maintenance needs to sustain the club.
Early Bird Discount
Members receive a discount for a total of $525.00 if payment is received by March 1st.
Two Payment Option
You can make 2 partial payments through our installment option. Payments must be made by check and mailed to our PO Box
The first payment of $275.00 is due by March 1st and the second payment of $275.00 is due by April 1st.
Late fees will be applied to any unpaid balance.
Unpaid Balances/Late Fees
Payments received after April 1st be assessed a $25.00 late fee.
Payments received after May 1st will be assessed a $50.00 late fee.
Payments received after May 15th will be assessed a $100.00 late fee.
If payment is not received by June 1st, you risk forfeiture and a loss of membership.
How to pay your dues
Check Payments: :
If paying by check, you do not need to send a remittance form or a note if your check matches the name on your membership. If you are uncertain whether your check matches the name on your membership, or if you have family members that have the same last name that are also WCSC members, please include a note with the full names of all adults on the membership to ensure the proper family is credited with the payment.
Send checks to: WCSC, P.O. Box 212, Gambrills, MD 21054. If you want to include your membership number on your payment and do not know it, email the Membership Director.
Credit Card Payments:
If paying by credit card, you can pay online using Self-Service. Members will not be charged a service fee. If you did not receive an email to access our new EZ Facility system, email the Membership Director to have an invitation to register for EZ Facility resent to you (via email – be sure to check your spam). You can no longer send in a remittance form with your credit card information – you must make your payment online due to new credit card security standards.
We will be accepting payments at the pool on the same day as the Annual Pool Yard Sale and Swim and Dive Team registration. There will be other dates and times on weekends before the pool opens when a membership table will be set up at the pool to receive payments, update Family Forms and take pictures for our membership system. We will update our members on dates using our MemberMe+ app and by email.
