Mr. Mehling has been in the industry for over 20 years and an instructor for over 15 years. He chose to teach career tech because he feels that some students do much better in this type of learning structure. He loves watching his students grow in the field and learn to love welding. Seeing his students go from placement to a real world career is so rewarding.
