Mr. Caskey has been in the field of criminal justice for over 32 years and an instructor at WCSCC since 2013. Among his long list of credentials, he served in the U.S. Army and was also chief of police locally. He enjoys seeing the enthusiasm of his students when they master something new and watching their confidence grow throughout the program.
