In order to qualify for regionals, you must be ranked in the top 16!! These are early rankings, so they will change, but it should give you an idea of what your goal(s) should be.

Create your own Core
We are trying out a new thing this season!! We are going to take turns leading core. Please create a core routine, then type it out in the Google Form below to be selected to lead core. Your core must have a minimum of 8 exercises (you can leave the other spaces blank if you don't need them).

School Record Holders
While you shouldn't compare your running journey to anyone else's, here is a glimpse at the highlights of our current 1600m and 800m record holders. Notice that they went through struggles:
injuries
missing a season (due to COVID or other reasons)
running after COVID where we couldn't go to big meets/invitationals (which is where you get your best competition)
not having a track to practice on...
but they never made excuses or let anything hold them back from reaching their goals.
