2. Show up to practice. Starting Wednesday 7/29
7:00 - 9:00 am
@ Wake Forest High School Track (football stadium)
Bring water and a towel (for stretching and core)
3. We do NOT have tryouts. All new athletes make the team as long as they are commited to the team (can make all the practices and meets).
We practice Monday-Friday
Once school starts, practices will be from 2:40-4:40pm (until school starts we will continue to practice in the mornings)
