An early release form (linked here) if you plan to take the class(es) in place of 3rd or 4th periods. (Be mindful that you cannot sign up for classes that are prior to 3rd period.)
A dual enrollment form (linked here) stating which classes you are signed up for.

To request a WFHS transcript for dual enrollment you can go to wcpss.net/trancsripts. We CANNOT email or send you an electronic transcript.
EV Forms from CCP should be sent to Lisette Pike Lpike@wcpss.net, the Schools Designee for 11-12th graders. 9-10th graders should send to Melissa Thomas mthomas1@wcpss.net.
These are the Dual Enrollment Courses that transfer back to high school in the College Transfer pathway. However if you take any CCP course that is 3 credit hours, it will ALSO count for HS credit however may not add GPA scale value. When applying to college, you will have to send the school your dual enrollment transcript as well.
