Late Arrival/Early Release
(Must be submitted if completing CCP, or if a senior wants to leave school early/arrive late; student athletes can only have 4th pd release the semester before their sport unless enrolled in CCP. A student athlete is NOW permitted to have ER the semester of their sport with coaches approval.)

AP Agreement Form

All students taking an AP course MUST turn in an AP agreement form. If not turned in the student will be removed from their AP course selections.

Early Graduation Form

This form is needed if you desire graduating as a junior (after starting HS) or graduating mid year senior year.

State of NC Three Year Graduation Form

(For Rising 9th grader students that would like to graduate at the end of their Junior year. This for MUST be submitted prior to their first day of 9th grade.) Powerpoint with more information

Taken as a year long course. Deadline is March 19th.
