12th Grade
Class of 2025
Congratulations! We are excited to work with you this year as you move towards graduation. It's very important to us that all of our Seniors have a plan for what they will do after graduation, whether that be pursuing further education, joining the military, or heading out into the workforce.
Check this page often! We'll post copies of presentations and share important information and opportunities. Join Remind, follow us on Instagram (@heritagehsstudentservices) and Twitter (@huskycounselors), and check the calendar on our Heritage Student Services home page.
Your survival guide to SENIOR YEAR is found in our Senior Planning Guide. It has almost all the answers to most common questions! For more information about the college application process, as well as other options, visit our What's After High School: Continuing Education page.

The Senior Conference
During September 2024, all counselors will conduct individual meetings with senior students. The purpose of the senior conference is to verify appropriate senior courses that will lead to a high school diploma, to provide post high school planning support, and answer specific questions. This is a brief “let’s get started” meeting and seniors are expected to schedule follow up meetings with their counselors as needed. What should a senior do prior to the senior meeting?
Review and complete the HHS Senior Info Sheet
Update your resume to give to your counselor.
Prepare to talk specifics about what you’ve done this summer to prepare yourself for the senior year and the transition to post high school.
Write out questions you need to ask your counselor. Bring them with you to the meeting.
After the meeting, students should share the Senior Meeting Handout and Graduation Planning Form (unique to each student) with family and those supporting their post-graduation plans.
The Senior Round Up
On Tuesday, October 8, Seniors will participate in this event, designed to help students gain knowledge and access to skills and resources needed to solidify their post-graduation plans.
If able, seniors not normally on campus for 1st period should plan to attend - make sure to be here by 7:25!
To prepare for the event, please review the following:
