Expected Outcomes

A strong school library program connects students to the world around them through research and inquiry, and by supporting a climate and culture of reading. These connections are made through collaborative lessons and programming that integrate information and technology skills with classroom curriculum, through the curation of relevant and reliable print and digital resources, and by empowering students in the 4C’s.

We selected/continued with the Focus Area of Curriculum and Instruction to align with our School Improvement Goals for the 2021-2022 school year.

Expected Outcomes

Over the course of the 2021-22 academic year the MTAC team will support and promote the rollout of the schoolwide Digital Resource Guide , the “MTAC Shack.”

  • Create the overall Structure - similar to the Doc Dock

  • Create time for teachers to develop resources

  • Generate topics for which grade level teams would like to have resources

  • Timeline for the rollout: Goal to be accomplished by end of year
