Schedule change requests will ONLY be reviewed for one of the following reasons:
• Failed a course needed for graduation

• Missing a core course required for graduation
• Missing a required prerequisite to take a course
• To increase rigor or address inappropriate level placement
• Previously failed with a scheduled teacher
• Schedule is unbalanced
• To request Senior Early Release or Mid-Year Graduation
REQUESTS FOR ELECTIVE CHANGES WILL NOT BE GRANTED (unless it reflects an increase in rigor or a prerequisite is missing.)
DUE TO CLASSES BEING FULL AND SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, CHANGES ARE NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE. Students should monitor PowerSchool and their WCPSS Student email accounts for a response to the request. Please allow 7-10 days for requests to be reviewed.
