Hello! My name is Kendra Gibbs and I’m thrilled to be a part of the 5th grade team! I’m originally from West Michigan and have a dual bachelor’s degree in education and fine art from Kendall College of Art and Design. I have spent time teaching art in both Franklin and Wake County schools. 

After some time away working in exterior and interior design as well as raising three amazing kids, I realized that I missed education. My passion is social-emotional, literacy and art education. I love working with all kinds of learners! When I am not at school, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.
