We have removed unused desks and furniture in the classrooms to maximize physical space and minimize objects that must be cleaned.
We have established distance between the teacher’s desk/board and students’ desks.
Teachers will maintain social distancing guidelines as much as possible and practical.
School Transition Considerations
We will designate lanes as flow paths to keep students separated and minimize congregation of students in the halls and classrooms.
We will decrease the number of students in hallways at one time. This includes staggered recess/bathrooms breaks.
OGHS - Additional time will be provided for transitions between classes due to staggered class changes.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Process
Students will enter and exit in single-file lines.
Visitors will not be allowed in the school building except under extenuating circumstance. (Visitors are defined as non-employees and non-students.) This includes checking-in and checking-out students.
Sanitation stations will be placed at the entrances to the facility for students, employees, & approved visitors.
Families are encouraged to drive their children to school. This will help reduce the number of students who ride on buses.
