Effective communication to all stakeholders and ongoing staff professional development are keys to the implementation process and require advanced problem-solving, planning, and scheduling. Sharing progress with all stakeholders assists in accountability and ensures goals are tracked and reported. Student, Parent, Guardian, and Community member involvement is critical to this process.
