Webchoice

You will make selections for your Year 9 subjects online via Webchioce. Each student will receive an email on Monday 14th August with their personalised access code to make their selections via Webchoice.

Instructions to access Webchoice and enter subject selections:

Before you begin, make sure that you have access to a printer, to print out a confirmation page at the end of this process.

The closing date and time for selections is 4:00 pm on Monday 21st August 2023. However, students are asked to print and return the confirmation page by Tuesday 22nd August to the Student Office.

All student selections submitted by the deadline have equal priority.

The order of your selections matters. You must ensure that your elective choices, including reserves, are in order of your preference.

Please follow these steps to complete the process:

Step 1. Visit the webpage https://my.edval.education/login

Step 2. At the Edval Webchoice login page, enter your webcode and click the Login button.

Step 3. Choose one subject from each of the dropdown boxes in order of your preference.

Step 4. Press the Submit button. If there are no problems with your selections you will be taken to a new page confirming your choices. You will need to print this page.

Note: If you do not complete the form correctly, you will receive a message, and you will need to make a change. Make your change and click on submit again. Please continue following the instructions until you have submitted successfully.

Step 5. Ask a parent/carer to sign your printed sheet on the bottom half of the page and bring this to school and hand it in to Student Office by Tuesday 22nd August 3:00 pm.

You may login again and make changes to your preferences until the closing date. If you change your selection, you will need to bring a new signed printout to Mr McKay.

Note: Every effort will be made to give students their choice of subjects; however, this is not always possible.
