The PTA is an organization of volunteer parents and teachers who support the education of WBAIS students. The PTA seeks to improve communications between parents, teachers, and staff, and to find means by which parents may be more involved in the education of their children. The PTA also serves as a parent consulting and advisory group for the administration and meets throughout the year with the head of school and other staff. We aspire to create an inclusive community
Our 100% volunteer organization typically hosts several themed holiday programs as well as a teacher appreciation week each year - all geared towards uniting the WBAIS school community.
The PTA hosts regular meetings and events throughout the year. Please check the school’s weekly newsletter for upcoming meetings and events. All are welcome to attend meetings and participate in events throughout the year!
While your school tuition pays for staffing, supplies, and facility maintenance of the beautiful WBAIS campus, the WBAIS PTA relies solely on parent donations and fundraising to provide our amazing community-building events throughout the year. We are more than just a fundraising group; we are the voice of the students, parents and teachers.
