Escape Rooms/ Breakout EDU
The idea of an escape room is to provide an experience for students. There is a MISSION that needs to be solved. There are clues that need to be used to discover lock combinations to "escape." At school we breakout boxes with various locks. Lori has access to breakoutedu.com, where there are hundreds of premade games. On the site, they have digital games and games that require the boxes.
*Please note, at this time we have a very limited supply of boxes (large and small, 4 of each) and locks. I do not lend out these materials for that reason. I am happy to coordinate with you to set the locks and create the games.
You can also create your own using whatever content you want! Here are some suggestions for getting started.
Decide which locks you want to use. (Key lock, 3-digit number lock, 4- digit number lock, ABC (5 letter) word lock, direction lock (5 arrows.)) You can incorporate color locks using a Google Form.
