Take a look at the FAQs below to help you resolve some of the tech issues you may be experiencing.
1) Try opening the website in CHROME instead of Safari. If you don't have Chrome on your iPad, download it from the App Portal. Then, using Chrome, go to the Riverview Elementary School Website and find the Encore page under the Roadrunner Room. If you'd like, tap the star next to the URL bar to bookmark the page so that it's easier to find in the future.
2) Try a hard reset with the iPad: hold down the power and home button together until you see the white Apple. Then, wait a few minutes for it to restart.
3) Have you closed out tabs? Sometimes learners forget to close out their tabs and windows which slows down the devices. To close out extra apps: press the home button twice (two quick taps) and swipe out the open apps. To close out web tabs: go to Safari or Chrome, and tap the two squares in the top right corner. Close out all the tabs.
Sometimes tech problems come up that can't be solved with a quick reset. In that case, please fill out the district technology help form: Technology Support Form.
Although the website is open to anyone with the link, some of the content is created under the Wausau Schools Google account. We cannot allow access to users outside the Wausau Schools domain. Please have your learner open up the webpage on his/her device and sign in with their school Google account. The learner's email is the username followed by @wausauschools.org and then their regular password.

Yes - the Encore website is also found on the Riverview School website under the Roadrunner Room tab. There is also a Roadrunner App on student iPads that takes them right to the website.
