Check if Schoology is down here

If you are having a "Bad Request" error or certain other problems with Schoology, particularly about Google Drive assignments, please try the following steps to solve the issue:

1. Open Chrome.

2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Toward the bottom of this menu, click Settings.

3. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Advanced".

4. Scroll down until you see "Clear browsing data". Click on it.

5. Select "All time" in the dropdown menu.

6. Click "Clear data"

7. Close your browser and reopen Schoology


Tip: If you have a smartphone, try the Schoology App. For some assignments, it's an easy way to add photo or video files, or to record a video directly into an assignment submission.

Chromebooks

Does your Chromebook want you to log in with "Enterprise Enrollment"? Please email Ms. Dziuk to fix the issue!

Google Meet

Remember to "Allow" Google Meets to use your microphone and camera! In a Meet and cannot see or speak? Check your address bar on the left to see if anything is crossed out and see what is allowed.

Zoom

You may be invited to a Zoom meeting with a teacher. When invited to a Zoom meeting, do not share the meeting link with others.

You do not need to make a Zoom account. In addition, you cannot make a Zoom account because of your age.
