PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOT
NOT EVERY SHOOT GOES AS PLANNED
Sometimes shots take longer. We can't control the sun or weather. Sometimes talent is nervous or unprepared. Eitherway, we’ll do our best to make the most of all situations.

Below are basic instructions for PREPARING for a photo or video shoot. If you have any questions, please contact your WC Project Manager for assistance.
HYDRATE. Seriously.
CLOTHING
Avoid any clothing with patterns and bright/fluorescents
Avoid anything that is too fashion forward.
Keep it simple and comfortable.
IF WE ARE OUTDOORS: Ladies, if you wear high heels, be sure to bring a pair of flat soled shoes so you can switch them out if we need to trek over precarious landscapes. The same goes for men whose oxfords or wingtips might not have the best traction.
PROPS: If the photo shoot requires personal items or props to be involved, please share your idea before the shoot to ensure we have time to accommodate.
REST: Be sure that you have a great night of sleep before your photo shoot. The camera picks up everything. Plan for a restful evening the night before your shoot.
TEETH: If there is lunch provided be sure to check your teeth for food after. You don’t want your photos to be ruined by some left over lunch stuck between your teeth.
HAVE FUN: At your next photo shoot, simply be you. Bring your personality to the shoot, and enjoy it! The best photos are captured when we see the essence of who you are as an individual.
RELAX: Photo shoots can be scary, and nerves can often get the better of them. Photographs are certain to pick up on any tension: If you are feeling scared, it may be showing on your face and in your body language. If you are feeling particularly nervous, try taking a few deep breaths and getting some fresh air. It may also help to inform the photographers that you are feeling nervous.
