Programming Project for Final Exam:
Math Fair Final Project
Your assignment (which will count as your final exam grade) is to create something amazing and impressive to share at the math fair, date to be determined. You can choose anything you’d like as long as you use Java to create it, that it involves object oriented programming, and that it reflects your personal coding capabilities. It should be something that members of the WHS community outside of our course can appreciate, but also have solid, thoughtful code that an AP CS teacher will appreciate.
In this unit, you have a lot flexibility and will be responsible for holding yourself to high standards.
PLANNING DOCUMENTS
Please create a shared google drive folder with the members of your team. Share it with me as well. Put a copy of each of the following google docs into your shared folder.
GRADING
- DAILY: up to 3 pts every day for using time well. If you are absent, you must show me proof (in person when you return or via email) that you spent at least 1 hr working on your project.
- FINAL: the score of your project will be your score in place of a final exam. I will give you feedback using our class creativity rubric (see above). You will also be using the rubric to review your own project, and the project of at least one other group.
