Yoga

Yoga is a fitness activity that provides self awareness, self confidence, consciousness of breath control, self acceptance and personal empowerment.  You will learn various sequences that will mold and build your personal Yoga practice, and improve your strength and endurance.  The techniques emphasized are designed to increase flexibility and strength while learning positive ways to reduce and cope with stress and anxiety.  You will learn the philosophy of Yoga as you apply it to your personal life.  


Meet the teacher: Mrs. Clay

I have a passion for fitness, but more importantly, a passion for feeling good.  Yoga is a perfect combination between physical, mental and emotional health.  By practicing Yoga regularly, I find peace and structure thought my life.  With the chaos and high expectations of students, this course is a great way to learn the philosophy of yoga, while increasing strength & flexibility, and have the opportunity to relax and find your place.
