212° Academy Application Information for 2026-27.

Any incoming 5th or 6th grader, who has been identified as Gifted and Talented in at least one area is eligible to apply. A completed application, permission to test form and two student essays must be turned in to the Gifted Coordinator at applicant’s home school by Friday, March 13, 2026. Current 6th grade students at 212° Academy will NOT need to reapply, but should fill out and return a copy of Letter of Intent to attend 212 Academy as a 6th grader next school year.

Please return all paperwork to 212° Academy teachers on or before the first day of 212° Academy. Completed forms can be mailed to:
