Work Permit

All teens under 18 years of age must complete a work permit application and get a work permit before starting a new job.

PLEASE NOTE: STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT WHEN ISSUING A WORK PERMIT.

Students who are ages 14 and 15, MUST have application signed by their physician. We cannot accept the annual physical exam form. Students aged 16 and 17 do not need a physician's signature.
