Korimako Studio has been making visual presentations about chosen New Zealand sportswomen. To add a tech aspect, some children from Korimako 3 have connected a 'Makey-Makey' with cables to some paper fasteners on their projects. The 'Makey-Makey allows for an extension of the laptop buttons to the project, thus letting recorded parts of their posters read aloud when the paper fasteners are touched. The children recorded their own voices on the 'Scratch' website (a simple click-and-play coding site) and attached the 'Makey-Makey app to allow for both programs to work together. The results are impressive!
