Communication is a fundamental human right. It is the foundation for connection. AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) makes communication possible for all.
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is important because it allows people who have difficulty speaking to communicate their thoughts, needs, and feelings. AAC can be used by people of all ages, and can help with a variety of conditions, including (but not limited to) autism, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disability.
