The Cameca IMS 7f GEO is a magnetic sector Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer housed in the Nanoscale Characterization and Fabrication Laboratory (NCFL). The ion probe is optimized for light stable isotope (H, C, N, O, S) analysis of natural and synthetic materials.
