SP2: P10 gas flow counter / TAP + PET
SP3: sealed Xe counter / PET + LiF
SP4: sealed Xe counter / PET + LiF
SP5: P10 gas flow counter / TAP + LDE2
Our Cameca SX50 has the following spectrometer configurations:
