An effective onboarding process plays a vital role in integrating new employees into the organization's culture and giving them the tools and information they need to succeed.
Peer-to-peer onboarding offers various opportunities to support newcomers who are getting to know Virginia Tech. It can reduce the time and effort it takes to get new employees up to speed by providing a fun and engaging way to share important information.

Program Requirements
Three-month Partnership
A three-month partnership is required but participants can stay connected for as long as they want.
Continuous Check-ins
Participants are highly encouraged to meet bi-weekly.
Culture Cohorts Attendance
A virtual meeting with guest speakers will be offered once a month for all participants.
Completion of Survey
Participants will be sent a survey to provide feedback regarding the program's effectiveness.
